Shipping Information

We ship all our orders via Canada Post Express Post service.

Please allow:

  • 10 business days for delivery in Canada

  • 20 business days for delivery to the U.S.

  • up to 30 business days for delivery to the rest of the world

Parcels generally arrive very quickly. If a package is not delivered within the time frames given above, then we will do our utmost to solve the problem and either send a new parcel or refund the cost of the sale. Please contact us.

Rates below are based on the number of items purchased

1- 4 items CA $12.00 for deliveries in Canada

CA $16.00 for deliveries to the U.S.

CA $40.00 for deliveries to other International destinations.

Terms & Conditions
We always make an effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely and promptly. However, due to the nature of the inventory process there may be occasions when we are out of stock in a particular item or we may have to re-order certain out-of-stock items. We will inform you of the shipping date and any back-orders by telephone or email right away.

Return Policy:

All Returns:
If an item you've purchased does not meet your expectations, please feel free to send it back to us. Then we will refund 100% of the cost on any merchandise (minus any applicable shipping charges).
For all returns, we just ask that the item be returned in "like-new condition" with the original tags still attached.

Shipping fees:
Are otherwise non-refundable.  If returning an item, we'll refund you the value of the item minus any applicable shipping on the original order.
